  • - Returns or exchanges are possible if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original packaging.
  • Returns within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

  •  Please photograph the product and send it, specifying the city, address, and order number, so that it can be replaced with another product if the product is damaged or has a specific defect, or does not work as agreed.
